It just means it is made up of more than one grain but none of them are whole. Not sure what artificial sweeteners are in foods? There is some great information here. I do glance for artificial sweeteners because I avoid them. No need to read any further down that ingredient list. Water is sometimes the 1st ingredient and that is fine., but if “whole” is the 1st or second word the bread product IS approved. So that tells us that every bread that has whole grain as the first ingredient isapproved. Eleven times it says the words” whole grain or whole wheat” after the food. Our list gives us the EXACT data we need to determine what is approved. Let’s talk about ingredients for a minute I am going to cover almost everything else at the bottom of the list tho. I did an entire post about cereal and so I am not going to go back over those.
